Custom Host Names

Custom status page domains proxied via Cloudflare returned Error 526 (Invalid SSL certificate).

A failover moved traffic to the standby HAProxy node. That node still had an orphaned SSL certificate from an older test configuration. For custom hostname requests, HAProxy served that certificate as the default, so Cloudflare rejected the origin TLS connection.

We removed the orphaned certificate from the standby node and restored normal operation. We will also update our provisioning to detect and remove orphaned certificates so this cannot recur after failover.

We’re looking into an invalid SSL certificate issue affecting status pages hosted in the All Quiet US region.
